Biography

Kenneth Yee (b. 1976, New York) is a painter and teaching artist living in Baltimore. He earned his BA in Advertising and Graphic Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology (1998) and attended the Post-Baccalaureate Program at the Maryland Institute College of Art (2010).

Kenneth was featured on NBC's The Today Show as a teaching artist for his work with the non-profit organization, Art For Progress. He's participated in the Artists Talk series at the Asian American Art Centre in New York City, was a 2011 Bethesda Painting Awards Semi-Finalist, and his work was recently published in a children's book by Holland Brown Books. His paintings have been exhibited throughout New York and Baltimore and can be found in a variety of private collections in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, New Orleans, Baltimore, New Jersey, Minnesota, Los Angeles and Berlin.
